My cousin Kim and I did what we do best in Fagurhólsmýri—found incredible scenery, came up with ridiculous photo poses, laughed a lot, and loved every minute of Iceland's beauty.

My cousin Joleen and I checked Niagara Falls off our bucket list together and loved the incredible views, the sheer power of the falls, and getting to experience it all together.

For our anniversary, my husband and I decided Santorini was the perfect place to splurge on a hotel we normally wouldn't—and it was worth every penny.
